Helpful tips to deal with being quarantined

Helpful tips to deal with being quarantined (stuck at home).

Please note that this website is just a tip sheet. It’s not complete since it’s hard to meet everyone’s needs and expectations. The reason I am creating this blog is so that people can get reliable sources of information regarding the Corona Virus, and get the info they need to connect with friends and family, get groceries delivered to their door step etc... As new information emerges it will be posted here either by me and my fellow bloggers, or on the various websites listed on the blog.

*Disclaimer:  Each individual company and government organization is responsible for updating their own websites. I'm not taking responsibility for the information they provide. I am just sharing their information with you.

I also know that there is no way I can ever complete the list of what people need during this time. I got to take care of myself too. So if you do have info you want to share with your family and your friends please do so on your own social media pages.

Please note I do know that most malls, coffee shops, libraries, McDonalds, city of Calgary owned properties have free WiFi.
However due to the Corona Virus a lot of these places may end up being closed.  So I thought I should mention that if you need free access to the Internet while these places are closed, you can access free WiFi by standing at any c-train station in Calgary. You can also stand outside by any Starbucks, Tim Hortons, McDonalds, and Calgary public library locations (library card required) as well to access their WiFi Service. All you need is your cell phone or other mobile device with you.  Please be dressed for the weather if you chose access free WiFi this way.
